Cannabis makes my creativity blossom, my consciousness expand, and increases my awareness of my connection to the earth.

It just feels good. It prevents my asthma. It inspires me to create, and helps me to see the invisible bonds that tie us all to each other, and to this earth that we inhabit.

I'm a true Southern girl, born and raised, and after some digging, discovered that a grandfather of mine (back some 300 years) owned the second largest hemp plantation prior to the Civil War!
So love of good old Mary Jane is just in my blood I guess...

Smoke Weed Everyday.

My aunt in the 60's (she was the textbook definition of hippie, went to Woodstock, got arrested for protesting the war, hitchhiked to San Francisco, etc), Aldous Huxley, Abraham Lincoln, William Butler Yeats, the Rasta professor at my school, the girl that looks like a pixie that works at my favorite coffee shop

I was barely 18, and it was my first week in college. I had never even smoked a cigarette, or had anything more alcoholic than wine. A friend came over to my dorm, with a bubbler and an eighth of Blueberry Yum Yum. In the span of a couple hours, we smoked the whole eighth.

Now, I smoke weed everyday, multiple times a day, and have been doing so for more than two years. I would say I have a pretty decent tolerance, and the last time I smoked an eighth of just ordinary dank weed in a couple hours, I was pretty much floored. So needless to say, I WAS BAKED.

We went back to my dorm, and proceed to demolish an entire ice cream cake from Cold Stone Creamery, giggling all the while.

Afterwards, I laid on my bed and passed out immediately, proceeding to dream some of the most beautiful dreams I've ever experienced.

Thus began my love affair with Mary Jane...
